Why heat is riskier for the pregnant mother than the common people

  • Pregnant women are more likely to maintain their internal body temperature as the summer and the heat affect their pregnant body and growing baby inside
  • Pregnant Mother are more viable to heat stroke, heat exhaustion and heat boils during summer

  • To avoid dehydration, keep drinking water that greatly maintains the water level in the body, Drink 3-4 liters of water and helps in other functioning of the body
  • Dehydration leads to urine infection as well, which leads other risks during pregnancy, so be hydrated, intake more fruit juices, avoid artificial flavored juices and food color added juices. Always prefer fresh fruits juices, buttermilk
  • Tender Coconut, Cucumber and other fruits helps to maintain your internal body temperature
  • Heavy sweating removes salt and minerals from the body, so include more fruits and veggies which can replace the lost minerals
